I was lucky enough to work closely with Anthony both in-person and remotely from 2020-2021. He is one of the hardest working, most communicative and collaborative designers I know. Anthony is one of the best product designers that I've had the pleasure of working with. As an EM on for one of the teams Anthony worked with, we were tightly in sync on the projects that came through our product. Anthony is very big into collaboration and does a great job communicating the why behind his designs and taking feedback from the developers' side of things. Anthony really cares about the voice of the user and regularly clipped recordings from his user interactions to share with the developers to help build empathy and show them how much the changes they made meant to the people who used our product every day. Unfortunately we had a lot of turnover in our product owner and manager for our team, but with Anthony around we always had someone who knew a ton about the product and oftentimes he would help fill in that role without even being asked.
